If you have been reading my blog, you will know by now that my major project is African food. if you're new here, welcome! and now you know. For this post, I will be doing some more research before I actually film a cooking video. I went to YouTube , a video sharing website, to watch different cooking videos related to the African dish I wanted to make which is Ghanaian Jollof rice.
