Writing Class 1:How and Why I write

Welcome back to my blog, This is my first specialist class for the term and I am beyond  excited.Bettina is my new specialist tutor as I  switched from film to writing.

The aim of this class was to self-assess and develop your writing skills that will make you a m=better writer .In this class ,we answered series of questions that enabled us to think deep and recognised our weak points as well as our strong points .Furthermore,we had some in class discussions that helped us to explore other factors that influences our writing as well as my fellow classmates.

What makes a good creative writer?-Bettina asked the class and the responses given allowed me to looked within my self to find an answer to that question.
I said time management after listening to what everyone had said. This is because for me the main thing I struggle with is time .I feel like I don't use my time wisely and I am currently working on that.
Hye jin said patience and hard work which i believe is significant to not only writer but everyone that has a goal .Being patient will allow you to stay determined and focus and unwilling to give up while being hard hardworking will ensure you're giving your all to whatever work you're doing.
Anna  followed that by saying life experiences.I could relate to this answer because anytime I have to do a project I always look through my experiences and memories and pick an ides from there. This is because it is easier for me to creatively and effectively write when i have a connection to whatever the topic is.
Cristina answered writing from feelings.I believe this is true because when i'm reading a book I am always able to feel the emotions being conveyed by the writer which shows that the writer wrote with feeling and the text has meaning. This is what I really appreciate in established writers and i hope to emulate them in my work.

Bettina also shared her list

  • having a message to share
  • having a deep interest in that message
  • enable your audience to feel the ideas you express
  • know your genre
  • make audience 'suspend their disbelief'

Later on towards the end of the class we ha to write  300 words magazine article about how and why i write. It was quite difficult for me initially but i was able to talk about the main reason why i write ,my experiences.I haven't been through a lot but people i love have so that inspires me alot.

In my next post I will be writing about developing my idea.

see you in my next post

INDOMIE: INDONESIAN NOODLES (project sample)

Most times when I cook I always take pictures to show the process and the transformation process of foods. I like to know how dishes are made, the origin and what it is made of. I think this is very important because a lot of people are not aware of what their food contains. These pictures were taken weeks ago and I am posting them because I really like Indomie and for a long time, I taught they were introduced firstly in Nigeria but it is Indonesian born.                                                                                     I boiled the noodles in the sachets to make them edible and I boiled the egg. Indomie noodles come with sachet seasonings. when the Indomie was soft enough to my preference, I added the seasonings and red pepper then mixed it all up .then I poured the prepared Indomie to a plate and I put the boiled egg as well as an already boiled chicken which I previously had. now i devour the result of my hard work These pictures show the process o

COLLABORATION:Research

Welcome to my blog, For this post, I will be doing  research for my collaboration project. In my previous post, I talked about the social media idea that I and my teammates decided to work on. I decided to narrow down my research to two things that I am currently interested in which is my continuation route and music. Uber and Spotify My Continuation Route: Business management with Economics During my research, I was searching for businesses that are very different but were able to effectively collaborate to produce something unique and useful and that is how I found Spotify and Uber.   you’ll be able to travel in style by choosing the soundtrack for your Uber ride. When you request a new ride via the Uber app and get matched with a music-enabled vehicle, you’ll also be able to connect to Spotify and select between ready-made playlists, your own playlists or whatever else you’d like to hear. You’ll also be able to wirelessly control the music during the ride using eith
