Writing 5: First Draft,company summary


For this post, I will be giving an update on my writing class activity.

I will be sharing my first official writing for the first part of my business plan, focusing on the company summary.

In my previous post, I showed the breakdown of my research process which is how I plan to complete my project .The company summary was the first part and I tried to include the necessary details by using a template I got from Score as I mentioned in my last post. 

This company summary included the Ebifame's Afro Snack 
  • Mission & Vision : By reading miscellaneous samples of different company missions and visions on  Blue Leadz, a digital marketing agency , I was able to differentiate between the vision and mission of an enterprise. 
'Basically, a mission statement defines your cause – something you want to accomplish. A vision statement defines what you want to pursue for your cause – it represents the future aspirations of your efforts.' (Blue Leadz, 2019)
  • Goals which are action plans that help you move your business forward which may include a specific time frame.
  • Target Market:This includes my initial target audience and will expand through Differentiated target marketing .









New Words
Differentiated target marketing is a process that occurs when an organization simultaneously pursues several different market segments, usually with a different strategy for each.

Reflection|Goodbye

Looking back at the work I did this term, I think that I have improved in my writing skills.I noticed that I have a problem with my punctuation which was something I never really paid attention to until this project. I also gained more understanding about my self in terms of the type of student i am.From this project, i  know that in my continuation route I would prefer to write exams than essays if i am given the choice.This is obvious due to my constant failures to update my blog regularly.Coming from a background where all the assignments given are short-term ,it was quite difficult for me adapt to the continuous updating of the blogs.This goes for my essays as well,in the first two terms the reason why i never finished my essays on time was because i was so used to writing essays during exams or over the weekend. so it was different for me. WEB DESIGN PROCESS

I always hear people say  ''trust the process''      but i never fully understood until i started the process of creating this website. This post is going to be about the process of picking a template ,editing and customising my website to my preference. picking a template.
